I've been a customer for nearly two years, and their service has consistently been reliable. However, last night, I experienced some disturbance due to construction noise from the wall next door during my massage session. Despite this inconvenience, the massage itself was still enjoyable. I overheard a lady cursing the "F" word at the front desk and refusing to pay for her service due to the noisy sound. I couldn't help but wonder why she didn't request to stop her service within the first 10 or 15 minutes of massage if the noise was such an issue for her. It seems odd that she tolerated the entire hour and then complained about the service and refused to pay.

I asked for a 30min deep tissue massage! I have never had a deep tissue body massage and it was amazing! Peaceful enviorment as well! The lady was gentle, always made sure if I was comfortable, and the funny part is the staff was worried I was hurting cause I came out looking tired from feeling better! Thank you for being modest when I was getting the massage as well! Will be coming back!

Went in for the 90 minutes body massage and the 30 minutes foot massage and it was Absolutely Amazing!

This place is professional and very nice they are clean and the they really go for were you are hurting. It is a good massage. And work it out the problems you have.Highly recommend.

Just had a 1 hr head to toe chair massage and it was amazing! Very clean, calm atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Amazing! My neck and shoulder was really hurting due to muscle spasms. I didn't want to go to a massage chain, so they could try and sell me memberships and whatnot. I just wanted a good old massage to work out the kinks. The front desk is welcoming, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Jack, my massage therapist gave me the best massage I have had in a long time. My 90-min massage was a combination of shiatsu and traditional. So relaxing and healing. He fixed my neck and shoulder too-no more pain! Upon leaving, it was raining and I didn't have my umbrella. The gentleman at the front desk went and got an umbrella from his car and escorted me to mine with a warm send off. I will be coming back to Joy on a regular, not only for the customer service, but to see Jack for amazing massages. Next time, I may get a foot massage if that service is as good as my massage.

Update: we returned this week and massages were amazing once again! Original: I wish I would have came here sooner. I like that they’re easy to book, you’re in and you’re out, and the massages are awesome. We will definitely be back, and often.
